Good quality and sufficient elasticity. The only drawback is that it's a bit too short.
easy to use for PT exercises for shoulders & arms
Good Quality. These are not as long as i thought they would be. i didn't measure. if you are wanting long bands - measure to see if this 'measure up'.
Better than expected
Works just like ones I got from PT years ago.
Just what we needed
These resistance bands do exactly what they are supposed to, give resistance for exercising &/or rehabilitation. Wish I could give a 4.5 since they are nice & I am satisfied with the purchase except for the 1 single (not exactly a complaint) issue I have is that the "Extra Heavy" isn't as 'extra' as you would want. I ordered a set of these while in a rehabilitation center so I could continue therapy on my severely fractured femur during the the hours the therapy department wasn't working or if too busy. The heaviest one of these isnt much more than a little difference with the middle band in the set & even the therapists were wondering why it was called 'extra because it just didn't hold up to the rep.The bands themselves are nice & don't have the rubberized chemical type smell some have I've experienced & they don't have a slimy or oily feel like some others do. They are actually nice other than that whole 'extra' situation. I would buy these again if I needed another set so I encourage you to give them a try if you need resistance bands.
Help my frozen shoulder
Great lightweight stretchy bands for completing exercises at home. Various strengths to improve your workout and get you stronger with each repetition.
These bands work great for Seniors.
These are absolutely fantastic! I’m replacing some old ones that I had that were an absolute nightmare. They would stick to themselves like plastic wrap and you had to keep pulling them apart and at one point it just became so bad I had to throw them out. These do not stick to themselves at all. They have a lot of stretch and they seem pretty strong. I’m very thrilled with these and the price is right.
Great quality. Totally worth it.
My boyfriend uses these to warm up at the gym. He loves them and they haven’t given him any trouble or signed of ripping yet. He uses them to warm up his shoulders before he starts heavy lifting. He trains a lot so this might be him specific but he does wish there was another “stronger” one but they work just as well
Worked good for a year. It did break during use but I think that's to be expected that any elastic polymer band will eventually deteriorate. It didn't cause any harm when it did snap. Just made a snapping sound, surprised me a little and made me laugh. It was the weakest one that broke, the other two are still okay. The convenience of them being so easy to carry when traveling makes it worth it to me to replace them occasionally.
