  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any)
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required
  • The item must be within 48 hours of delivery of product.
  • Product unboxing video is required to be emailed to suppprt@kartlane-store.com

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

4. Exchanges

  • Exhchange is applicable only as per eligibility mentioned on product page.
  • We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Share clear videos of the issue for quick resolution
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or usage concerns, including:

  • Personal care and wellness products once opened or used
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

7. Return Shipping Costs
