1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any)
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required
- The item must be within 48 hours of delivery of product.
- Product unboxing video is required to be emailed to suppprt@kartlane-store.com
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Timeframe
- You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

4. Exchanges
- Exhchange is applicable only as per eligibility mentioned on product page.
- We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at support@kartlane-store.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchange is subject to product availability
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kartlane-store.com.
- Share clear videos of the issue for quick resolution
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or usage concerns, including:
- Personal care and wellness products once opened or used
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
7. Return Shipping Costs
