We operate a strict No Return, No Exchange, No Cancellation policy.

Since we work with third-party national, international suppliers:

1. We do not accept returns for any reason, including size issues, change of mind, dislike of product, or delay in delivery.
2. We do not offer exchanges
3. We do not cancel orders after they are placed

Damaged/Defective Items

Because products ship directly from suppliers:

1. In case of damaged or defective items, customers must contact the supplier directly
2. KartLane-Store is not responsible for product quality, packaging, or condition upon delivery
3. We may assist by sharing supplier contact details where possible, but we are not obligated to provide refunds

Non-delivery

1. If an order is marked delivered by the courier/supplier, we are not liable for missing items
2. For lost packages, claims must be raised with the courier or supplier
