Orders placed on KartLane-Store are fulfilled and shipped directly by our international and domestic supplier partners.

  1. Shipping timelines, tracking availability, and delivery methods are controlled by the respective supplier
  2. Estimated delivery time is typically 7-15 business days, depending on product, location, customs clearance, and courier delays
  3. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments if you purchase multiple items
  4. Delays caused by customs, airline issues, courier backlogs, natural disasters, or supplier processing time are beyond our control

Order Processing

  1. Orders are processed once payment is successfully completed
  2. Orders cannot be modified once placed

Tracking

  1. Tracking details will be shared only if provided by the supplier
  2. Some economical shipping methods may not offer full tracking

Customs & Duties

Any customs, import duties, taxes, or additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer

Lost or delayed shipments

  1. KartLane-Store is not responsible for delays/loss caused by courier companies or customs
  2. We can assist in raising queries with the supplier, but the resolution depends on the supplier
